Holistic Health Awareness

Discover Your Balance
Reconnect your mind and body.

My Story
I began my professional career with a deep appreciation for the wealth of knowledge and wisdom gained from years of experience in classical Western medicine. However, I soon became fascinated by the power of natural healing techniques and felt compelled to explore them further. This led me to embark on a personal journey of discovery, beginning with Alberto Villoldo's "Light Body School", which is based on Peruvian Shamanic Healing. Through this experience, I gained a deeper understanding of the profound healing potential of Tibetan Singing Bowl therapy and expanded my knowledge of the connections between sound, frequency and the mind-body connection.

As a Certified Yoga & Pranayama Instructor, I am now fully equipped to offer holistic healing practices and guided meditations, bridging the gap between traditional healing and modern medicine. By combining my diverse skillset and knowledge, I am committed to helping my clients achieve optimal balance in emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.

By combining modern scientific knowledge with ancient practices, we can harness the power of sound as a therapeutic tool and unlock our full human potential. Sound is a universal vibration that travels through all forms of matter, including the human body. It has the unique ability to affect our neurochemistry and neurobiology. This makes it an unparalleled tool for promoting healing and personal growth. Furthermore, because sound is essential to the survival of all species, our brains are naturally wired to respond to it and use it to adapt to our environment.
